According to studies, blackheads are produced from an accumulation of impurities in the skin. Also, the skin pores can be blocked by excessive sweat caused by the sebaceous glands. This causes the fat and keratin to become oxidized, thus producing a type of blackhead that forms a hole on the skin that has a black color.

Wash your face everyday
You most likely already know that the best way to eliminate these blackheads that it is of upmost importance to regularly clean your face and always remove your makeup before bed. Never ever try to “pop” it so the puss comes out, this is the worst thing you can do, as it will only damage the skin.
Oatmeal peel: Place oatmeal in the blender, and blend on dry until it resembles coarse flour, add now half a cup of water at room temperature and mix together until everything is well combined. Apply evenly on your face and leave on until completely dry. Then rinse off with lukewarm water and a clean towel.
Water and salt: This simple cleaning remedy that can be performed daily by using lukewarm water with salt. It helps with zits, as the salt helps to reduce the amount of blackheads on your face. Salt helps to remove the buildup of fat in your pores, which is the main cause of blackheads.
Salt and milk: You will need a splash of water and almost the same amount of salt. Prepare the mixture so it resembles a thicker sandy paste, it shouldn’t be very runny but not too thick either that you can’t apply. Using this paste, apply to your nose or any other areas that you have blackheads. You will be happy to see them disappearing as the days go by.
Exfoliate your face 2 times a week: Apply to your face by making circular movements, using an exfoliate cream that is designed for your skin type, to the implicated areas. Rinse your face with lukewarm water to remove the surplus.
Use sunscreen protection: Protect your skin by using a sunblock of 30 SPF or higher, even on cloudy days. This will helps to avoid signs of premature aging and imperfections.
Drink water: Drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day, to keep yourself hydrated and remove toxin buildup that can cause facial impurities.
